Fairness. Integrity. Justice
My name is Trevor Bevier and I am running for Grant County Superior Court Judge position #03. I am a lifelong Grant County resident asking for you, the Grant County voters, to elect me to this position.
I started out my journey here delivering newspapers at the Grant County Court House at the age of 12. From there, I worked various summer jobs in agriculture and local businesses through graduation from Ephrata High School.
Following high school I obtained my Associates Degree from Big Bend Community College and went to work for a title insurance company in Moses Lake. After nearly a decade there I made the decision to pursue a law degree. I attended Central Washington University to obtain my Bachelor’s Degree. While at Central Washington University I was elected to serve as the Vice President of Clubs and Organizations for the Associated students of Central Washington University.
I went on to attend Gonzaga University School of Law to obtain my Juris Doctor. While attending Gonzaga, I started working as a research assistant and Rule 9 Legal Intern for Huberdeau Law Office. I knew all along while pursuing my education that Grant County was my home and where I belonged. I was fortunate enough to join Huberdeau Law Office as an associate attorney upon graduation from Gonzaga after passing the Washington State Bar Exam.
During my professional journey, I met my wife in court (she was at work!). In 2019 we were married and then welcomed our miracle baby boy in early 2023. Becoming a father solidified my commitment to serving the public. In 2025 I made the decision to leave private practice and join the Grant County Prosecuting Attorneys Office to expand on serving the citizens of Grant County. I am currently working as a Civil Deputy Prosecuting Attorney where I have leveraged my private practice experience while also conquering new challenges faced with public service. I feel this makes me a well rounded candidate and the perfect choice for the Grant County Superior Court judge position.
I am running for Superior Court Judge because I believe my life and professional experiences from paperboy to attorney have prepared me to be neutral and non-bias in hearing the issues faced by Grant County residents that would come before me on the bench.
Please reach out with any questions, information or if you just want to talk, by emailing our election email. I look forward to hearing from you and working towards being your next superior court judge.
